ForeBill is a subscription and spend tracking platform operated by ForeBill, based in Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

ForeBill helps you track your SaaS subscriptions, cloud costs, and AI API spend in one dashboard. ForeBill is an informational tool. We are not a financial advisor. We are not a bank. We do not access, move, or control any of your money. We do not cancel subscriptions on your behalf. All financial decisions remain entirely your own.
You must be 18 or older to use ForeBill. You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person. Do not share your account credentials.
Every new account receives a 30-day free trial with Starter plan features. No credit card is required. At the end of your trial you must choose a paid plan to continue. If you do not choose a plan your account will be paused and your data preserved for 90 days.
Plans are billed monthly. Pricing: Starter €9/month, Pro €19/month, Enterprise €79/month. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions. Annual subscriptions are refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled within the first 30 days. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice by email.
Connecting Gmail is optional. If you connect Gmail, you grant ForeBill read-only access to detect billing emails. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings or from your Google account settings. We only read billing-related emails. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
You own your data. You can export all your data at any time from Settings. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may use ForeBill for personal and business purposes. You may not: attempt to access other users' data, use automated tools to scrape or overload our service, use ForeBill for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse engineer or copy our service, or share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will notify users in advance of planned downtime where possible.
ForeBill is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for: any financial losses arising from use of ForeBill, missed subscription renewals, inaccurate spend data, service interruptions, or data loss (though we take extensive precautions). Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
ForeBill, its logo, and all content are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of ForeBill without permission.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
